Falcon Road School – Exeter

We undertook manufacture of a large mono pitch steel framed building, working closely with a modular building supplier partner.

Our brief was to design and install a multipurpose steel structure, for modular class rooms to link to.

The Mono Pitch steel frame was 19.2 mts long, 11 mtrs wide and 7.1 mtrs high. We also designed and detailed an internal network of support Cee sections to fix accustic panels to.

The external cladding system is a Kingspan insulated panel offering high performance insulation. Our modular partner will then over clad all buildings making them appear as one uniform uninterrupted building.

Using the omega cold Rolled frame we created door and window openings to a specification to house security doors and windows.
