Jhai Limited are one of the country’s largest corporate approved inspector, licensed by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) to operate as an alternative to using Local Authority Building Control throughout England and Wales providing certified Building Regulations Approval.

Jhai have worked closely with Omega steel building Solutions in the development of our buildings and will give you clear and concise advice to help you meet the necessary standards through to approval, leaving you to do what you are good at.

Jhai’s familiarity with our product and early involvement with you will help you to ‘get it right first time’ benefitting you in terms of cost certainty and programme.

Consider what you may need in 3-5 years, not what you feel you need now.

At Omega we try and encourage the customer to think about what they may need the building to do in 3 or 5 years. Not just what is being considered in the next 12 months. It is quite often more economical to include any expansion plans now, than trying to add in the future.
