steelbuildings.co.uk offer a basic polyester single skin box profile cladding, with no insulation. A further single skin option is a single skin box profile plastisol coated. Plastisol sheets have 200mircons of coating and polyester only 30 microns. If your Steel Building required insulated panels, we can offer varying core insulation thicknesses from 40mm through to 175mm. each increase in core thickness provides a better performing insulation value.

However with every increase in core insulation thickness, results in an adjustment to the cost of a steel building.
