Therefore things we feel you should satisfy yourself of:

• Arrange a visit to a local recent building supplied.
• Have you checked the financial status of the company or person you’re about to hand your money over to. It is now easy to gain a financially ratings on line. Also if it’s a new business, has the director a history of failed business.
• Check the quality of the buildings you’re considering. Are they all to the same standard? Not just in the way they look, but the thickness and type of components used. The method of construction.
