Steel Building Kits for Export

We were approached by an Australian mining company, who operated a large mine in Senegal. They need kit in a form of steel buildings for the expanding workforce accommodation, and quickly.

We held a number of meetings to fully understand the requirements. We offered a design and kit form supply solutions that we were able to deliver quickly and in bolt together components. Our steel building kits for export are built that they could be loaded into containers and delivered to site in Senegal, within 6-7 weeks of order.

We provided the client with a full pre galvanised steel building kit and steel cladding ready for export, designed in conjunction with the specified room space required, proposed blockwork and canopies.

We have provided the client with over 25 building kits for accommodation units so far and further Steel Building kits to provide laundry facilities and a gymnasium.

Main body of the accommodation units are 10.1 metres wide, 12.6 metres long with canopies creating a further 2.2 metres cover. The wall sheets were 19mm corrugated, plastisol coated Merlin Grey and Roof Sheets were 32mm box profile Goosewing Grey.

Due to the space constraint of the container being exported. It was decided that the supply of a non-insulated cladding system was the best option and the client would insulation the building on site.
